Please allow 1–3 business days for processing and handling before your order is shipped.

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?

Orders are shipped via small USPS envelopes or partner carriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL, Amazon Delivery, etc.).

Average transit & delivery time: 4–7 business days.

Please note: delays caused by holidays, weather conditions, carrier issues, or natural events are out of our control. While most orders arrive on time, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

We ship from several fulfillment locations across the United States. This allows us to deliver your order faster based on your region.
In some cases, we may partner with fulfillment teams to help pack and ship seeds more efficiently.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it at no penalty.
If the order has already shipped, we cannot cancel it.

We take great care in packaging our seeds, but in rare cases, damage may occur during shipping.
