Thank you for shopping at CreepingPhloxSeeds™. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please email us at info@creepingphloxseeds.com to initiate a return.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return the item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. We accept returns only for damaged or incorrect items. Valid photo proof showing the issue is required.

Please note that we cannot offer returns or refunds for seeds that fail to grow, as germination depends on soil quality, climate conditions, planting method, and proper care.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds usually process within 5–7 business days, depending on your card issuer or payment provider.
